Full Management From 6% Includes: 


*Collect and remit the monthly rent received. 


*Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears actions. 


*Deduct commission and other works. 


*Advise all relevant utility providers of changes.


*Undertake up to three routine visit's per fixed term tenancy, and notify the landlord of the outcome. 


*Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors only with no extra hidden fee's. 


*Hold keys throughout the tenancy term.  


*Rent Collection only, from 5%


*Independent Property Manager looking after your investment.


*One to One annual review of your property / portfolio to discuss current market conditions, rent increases and any repairs required to the property.
