Firstly, thank you for visiting my website. I do hope we can be of service to you. I set up the company in 2020, and this was mainly due to managing my own rental properties for some years now. My focus to make us different from our competition, was the personal rapport I build with each one of my tenants. Before any of them have rented my property, I always like to get to know more about them as a person and be as flexible as possible with understanding their
house needs and budget. This has helped me with building long term relationships with current tenants and previous ones. After all, I am putting my trust in them to look after my house !
Being successful with having long term renters in my properties, I feel the most important thing is clear communication. I always encourage them to get in touch immediately if anything has gone wrong at the property big or small, as of course we want to try and prevent any big issues. Some tenants often shy away from reporting a small issue as they worry it make them come across as complaining all the time, but in fact it’s the opposite, it shows care and attention to detail.
I base my model as an online agent, and most of my communication is done via what’s app messaging, phone & email. My tenants love this method, because they are not waiting 24-48 hours for a response back, which most local agents are guilty of!
We are available 7 days a week, and always have someone on hand to answer a query on the same day.
The feedback I get from my tenants, is that the way we work is very easy to deal with, fast response, and using What’s app for communication is very effective, as the tenant can send videos of a problem to help explain the issue in more detail.
My previous property background was, working as an estate agent back in 2008 before we had the crash, so I have first-hand experience in a difficult marketplace, and know how important it is to have long term renters at my properties.
What I want to offer to my customers is open honest communication, and most importantly value for money. Our online office helps us keep costs down, so these can be passed to our customers and tenants.
